This full-time position will support the finance lead in training and development activities, contributing to innovative projects within our EMEA Operations Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex financial data from diverse sources to prepare reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Support the development of problem-solving skills among direct reports and enhance team capabilities.
  • Take initiative in prioritizing tasks needed for the team to fulfill its responsibilities.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations effectively to all levels within the company.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels of management and with external customers.
