The Role of Director of Financial Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Management to lead the Finance Team in all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing all financial aspects of the business, driving the company’s financial strategy and planning, and ensuring that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed. The Director will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance office, contributing to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the hotel to meet both short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the hotel’s annual budget.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality sector.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, with flexibility required for evening and weekend work depending on client needs and industry events. The role offers a competitive salary and a commission structure based on performance.
