About the Role

NANCO Group is seeking a Fleet Executive Director to lead the strategic and operational management of one of the largest fleet operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this full-time executive position is central to driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainable growth across the fleet division.

Core Responsibilities

The Fleet Executive Director will be responsible for a comprehensive range of functions critical to the success of the fleet operations. This includes:

• Leading the overall fleet strategy and operational performance.
• Driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and sustainable growth.
• Maximizing fleet utilization and business value.
• Ensuring compliance with governance, quality, and health & safety standards.

Strategic Leadership and Development

This role requires a strong strategic vision to guide the fleet division. Key leadership duties include:

• Developing and implementing the overarching fleet strategy.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering data-driven decision making.
• Developing budgets, optimizing operational costs, and improving profitability.
• Building high-performing leadership teams and establishing robust succession plans.

Operational Oversight and Management

The Director will provide direct oversight for all operational aspects of the fleet, including:

• Overseeing fleet operations, maintenance, procurement, spare parts, and warehouse functions.
• Managing the entire fleet lifecycle, from acquisition through disposal.
• Leading supplier management, contract negotiations, and tendering processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this executive position should demonstrate a proven track record in fleet management and leadership.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading large-scale fleet operations.
