About the Fleet Service Operations Manager Role

ALESAYI HOLDING is seeking an experienced Fleet Service Operations Manager to lead and expand its B2B and Fleet After-Sales business. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience to drive service growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure operational excellence within fleet maintenance and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Fleet Service Operations function to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and corporate accounts.
  • Develop and negotiate fleet service agreements and maintenance contracts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the fleet and B2B sectors.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, After-Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability metrics.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and operational reports.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and the delivery of fleet services.
  • Drive customer retention, service excellence, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Support annual budgeting, manpower planning, and business strategy development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in automotive after-sales, fleet management, or B2B service operations.
  • Strong understanding of fleet maintenance operations and current automotive industry trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within an automotive dealership environment.
  • Direct experience in fleet maintenance and service contract management.
  • Experience managing corporate and government fleet accounts.
  • Proven ability in KPI management and business performance reporting.
