About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Florist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves creating and maintaining floral arrangements for various areas within the property, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim, water, and prepare flowers for display.
• Receive flowers from suppliers, including verifying quantities, refusing unacceptable items, and logging received flowers.
• Design and create custom floral arrangements for public areas, restaurant outlets, banquets, and guest rooms.
• Deliver flowers and floral displays/arrangements to customers, property sites, or off-site locations.
• Follow up with customers or departments to ensure floral orders are delivered as requested.
• Coordinate site set-up of floral displays/arrangements.
• Maintain a neat and clean storeroom at all times and follow cleaning checklists before closing.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects.
• Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience
