FLS Technician

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a FLS Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves performing daily maintenance of fire and life safety systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance within the hotel environment. The role focuses on delivering a safe experience for guests and supporting the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, fire pumps, and other fire and life safety equipment.
• Perform scheduled testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of fire and life safety systems to ensure they remain operational and compliant.
• Respond promptly to reported fire and life safety system faults and assist in resolving issues or escalating them as required.
• Regularly inspect designated areas of the hotel to identify potential fire and life safety hazards and report any issues requiring attention.
• Accurately record inspections, tests, maintenance activities, and system faults in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, fire drills, and testing of emergency systems to ensure the hotel is prepared for potential incidents.
• Support the Engineering Team with other fire and life safety-related maintenance tasks and departmental projects as required.
