AcoustieG is seeking a Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing our international procurement activities and ensuring the efficient coordination of logistics operations. The role requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international sourcing, supplier relationship management, and maintaining highly efficient supply chain processes. This role ensures seamless import and export operations, contributing directly to the company's operational effectiveness and cost efficiency within a dynamic global trade environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international sourcing and procurement activities.
  • Evaluate and negotiate effectively with overseas suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Coordinate import and export operations, including essential documentation and customs clearance procedures.
  • Monitor logistics processes comprehensively to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise during transit.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant international trade regulations and internal company procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to align supply requirements and optimize workflows.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in foreign purchasing and logistics.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of international trade practices and customs procedures.
  • Proven experience working effectively with various shipping and logistics partners.

Essential Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems for supply chain management.
  • Good communication skills, particularly in English, for effective international coordination and negotiation.
