About the Role

OSUS is seeking a Fresh Graduate Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is specifically dedicated to Saudi Nationals as part of localization initiatives. The successful candidate will support various technical, site, and administrative tasks across real estate development and construction projects, gaining valuable professional development and engineering exposure within the company's growth objectives. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and coordinating site activities.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing comprehensive reports, and verifying compliance with project standards.
• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and reviews related to quality and safety protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on various project matters.
• Provide support for planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, or Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, as assigned to specific departments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to the preparation of engineering deliverables.
• Assist the Development & Design Management team in reviewing project designs and following up on development phases.
• Support the Project Delivery team in monitoring work execution to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and to required quality standards.
• Contribute to Technical Office activities, including preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and assisting in the resolution of engineering issues.
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in tracking performance indicators, preparing progress reports, and documenting lessons learned.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess 0-1 years of experience in an engineering-related field.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
