Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within one of Amazon's first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations. The Operations Specialists are integral to the daily operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently through every stage of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service delivery for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation across shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas, such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, or work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience in managing medium to large teams.
• Experience working with data analysis and making decisions based on analytical insights.
