Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within a first-mile fulfillment center, middle-mile sortation center, or final-mile delivery station. The position is central to driving operational efficiency and ensuring timely order fulfillment for customers.

Role Overview

As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, you will be a key part of the operations, contributing to every step of the customer order chain. This role requires adaptability and offers a varied set of responsibilities, focusing on safety, team leadership, and process optimization within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities in your work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Experience working with data analysis and/or making decisions based on analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage with teams, innovate, provide support, and solve problems effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
