The Role: Fusion Finance Technical Lead

TCS is seeking a Fusion Finance Technical Lead to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading the technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, from design and development to implementation and support. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and ensure the delivery of robust and compliant financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance technical solutions.
• Architect and oversee the development of BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Provide technical leadership for Fusion Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Review and approve technical designs, coding standards, and solution architecture.
• Lead integration design and development using REST/SOAP services, OIC, and middleware technologies.
• Manage data migration, conversion, reconciliation, and reporting activities across finance modules.
• Drive sandbox customizations and UI enhancements using Page Composer and Application Composer.
• Collaborate with functional leads, business users, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, performance optimization, and data governance requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, production migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Mentor technical team members and conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment documents, and support artifacts.
• Manage technical risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation.
• Experience in the banking/financial services domain.
• Experience leading end-to-end Fusion Finance technical workstreams.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is an advantage.
