General Manager Projects Building Automation (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a General Manager Projects Building Automation to lead its Building Automation & Projects business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and will be based in Riyadh. The General Manager will assume full management responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell's diversified lines of business within the region.

Strategic Impact and Leadership

Reporting directly to the META Projects General Manager, this role operates autonomously as a senior member of the leadership team. The General Manager will be instrumental in achieving organizational objectives by formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. This position involves close engagement with the integrated team to implement robust processes and enhance customer service.

Core Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and suppliers at a senior level.
• Drive customer satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving customer escalations.
• Ensure adequate resourcing of projects and facilitate on-time delivery.
• Maintain process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Manage the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business, focusing on:
  • Vertical growth in orders.
  • Top-line revenue and gross margins.
  • Operating income and fixed costs.
• Develop a robust management operating system to establish efficient processes, enhance operational productivity, and improve cost management and profitability.
• Support Offering Management in defining branding and market penetration strategies for the region and enhancing market demand for offerings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with over 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in managing diversified lines of business and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for engaging with key stakeholders across the organization.
