General Manager Projects Building Automation (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a KSA General Manager- Projects- Building Automation (Saudi National Only) to take full management responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell businesses in the region. This full-time, onsite role is based in Riyadh, KSA, and involves overseeing diversified lines of business within Building Automation & Projects.

Role Context and Impact

As a senior member of the leadership team, the General Manager will work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives. Reporting directly to the META Projects General Manager, this role is critical for achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. The position also involves close engagement with the Integrated team to implement strong processes and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion customer relationships and cultivate connections across all key accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts and suppliers at a senior level.
• Drive customer satisfaction, promptly address escalations, and resolve issues.
• Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered on time.
• Ensure process compliance in accordance with Honeywell Policies.
• Own the regional P&L for the Building Automation Projects business, focusing on:
  • Vertical growth in orders.
  • Top-line revenue and gross margins.
  • Operating income and fixed costs.
• Focus on building a robust management operating system that establishes efficient processes and enhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
• Support Offering Management to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance market demand for offerings.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
