FASTER FM is seeking a General Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving growth in mobile car washing and home maintenance services. The General Manager will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into measurable results and ensuring operational excellence.

Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee the company’s operational, commercial, and financial performance. This includes ensuring sustainable growth, maintaining service quality, and achieving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to establish priorities and ensure effective execution across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategy, annual operating plans, and growth initiatives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workforce deployment, consistent service standards, and reliable service delivery.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Recruit, develop, and lead teams, establishing clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to improve productivity and business results.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance the app experience and support operational efficiency.
• Present performance reports, business opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven senior management experience, preferably within consumer services, mobile services, or businesses operating through digital platforms.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue, improving profitability, and leading operational teams.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and profit and loss performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
