About the Role

* Morgan Chase is seeking a Global Equities - Equity Trader at the Vice President or Executive Director level to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves operating within a fast-moving equities franchise. The Equity Trader will deliver high-quality execution and service to clients while contributing to responsible revenue growth.

Role Context and Environment

As an Equity Trader in the Equities Trading team, you will contribute to a high-performing team, leveraging your judgment, market insight, and client focus to shape daily outcomes. The role involves working alongside experienced colleagues and partners across the business, with opportunities for growth through meaningful responsibility. This position is suited for individuals who perform effectively under pressure and solve problems in real time. You will use research, market intelligence, and risk discipline to identify opportunities and manage exposures, collaborating closely with Sales, Research, and other partners to deepen client relationships and support franchise growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute market, agency, and principal equity orders with speed, precision, and professionalism.
• Facilitate client equity transactions end-to-end, ensuring strong service and seamless execution.
• Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and news flow to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Apply analytical and pricing models to support execution decisions and risk-aware trading.
• Balance client outcomes and firm objectives, contributing to sustainable revenue and franchise growth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Research to originate and develop new business opportunities.
• Communicate market trends, new products, and trading insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal partners to deliver coordinated client solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant trading or financial services role.
• Strong understanding of analytical and pricing models used in trading and execution.
• Comprehensive product knowledge across asset classes, with the ability to connect cross-asset impacts to equities.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging across varied seniority levels.
• Experience working with Cash Equities products and workflows.
• Familiarity with Saudi and MENA public markets and corporate coverage universe.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and Research to deliver client outcomes and grow business.
