Golf Coach

About the Role

Golf Saudi is seeking a Golf Coach to deliver high-quality golf coaching and training sessions for academy participants. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves implementing approved curriculum, tracking player progress, and ensuring an engaging and safe learning experience aligned with academy objectives. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions upon authorization by Golf Saudi’s approval process, maintaining consistent training quality across all programs.
• Prepare lesson plans, drills, and practice activities customized for various age groups and skill levels.
• Assess player performance, maintain comprehensive training records, and provide constructive feedback along with development recommendations.
• Support academy admissions and onboarding processes by guiding participants on program structure, rules, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with academy and club operations teams to ensure alignment of training schedules, facility usage, and equipment readiness.
• Promote a positive guest journey and foster participant engagement during training sessions and academy activities.
• Support community engagement activities, clinics, and outreach events to increase participation in Golf Saudi programs.
• Assist in tournament and academy event preparation, including warm-ups, rules briefings, and on-course support as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to coaching standards, safeguarding policies, and health & safety practices throughout all academy deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in golf coaching or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality coaching sessions.
• Experience in developing and implementing lesson plans for diverse skill levels.
• Strong understanding of golf academy operations and participant engagement strategies.
