About the Civil Engineer Role

Shatibah Contracting Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join its team. This is a full-time position focused on supporting the successful execution of construction projects. The role involves assisting in site supervision, monitoring civil works, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The Civil Engineer will contribute to project quality, safety, and operational efficiency while gaining practical engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising civil works and monitoring daily site activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to support project execution.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
• Monitor construction quality and report any deviations or technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders as required.
• Prepare technical reports, site records, and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and material tracking activities.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Contribute to resolving routine engineering and construction-related issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.
