We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs across various platforms, including digital and print media. This role focuses on delivering high-quality graphics that align with SOPC’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design and Visual Development: Develop visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, newsletters, event signage, brochures, and promotional materials that reflect SOPC’s brand.
• Collaboration and Project Support: Work closely with the Digital Media team to integrate graphic designs into content strategies, supporting cohesive storytelling.
• Brand Consistency and Quality Control: Ensure all designs are brand-compliant and meet visual and quality standards.

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to support our food-packaging manufacturing operation. The role focuses on packaging design, print-ready artwork, and production support for items such as paper cups, food containers, sleeves, and related printed materials. The ideal candidate understands both design aesthetics and print production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs and artwork for food-grade printed products
• Prepare print-ready files for digital print presses and die-cut machines
• Develop and adapt customer branding, logos, and layouts for packaging
• Ensure artwork complies with print specifications, dielines, and color standards
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet customer requirements
• Review proofs and make revisions based on feedback
• Maintain organized design files and version control
• Support new product development and custom private-label projects

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in packaging or print
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of print production, CMYK color management, and dielines
• Experience designing for food packaging or FMCG products preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field is an advantage
