This full-time senior leadership opportunity is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Group Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for shaping the group's financial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting long-term business objectives. This role involves close partnership with executive leadership, requiring strong commercial judgment, financial discipline, and a strategic perspective. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, governance, and capital management across the group and its businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the group’s financial strategy in line with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management.
• Provide clear financial insight and advice to executive leadership.
• Lead cash flow planning, treasury activities, and capital allocation.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support major commercial decisions.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Improve finance processes, systems, and management information.
• Lead and develop finance teams, building capability and accountability across the group.
• Work with business leaders to improve financial performance and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant financial leadership role.
• Proven ability to shape financial strategy and oversee financial performance.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, reporting, governance, and capital management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing finance teams.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should either be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate for the role.
