About the GTM Engineer Role at FlyAkeed

FlyAkeed is seeking a highly technical and business-minded GTM Engineer to join its Growth team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the company's revenue strategy, focusing on data, automation, and systems architecture. The GTM Engineer will build and optimize the technical infrastructure that supports FlyAkeed's go-to-market operations, including CRM workflows, data enrichment, outbound campaigns, AI-driven personalization, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards. The role requires a candidate comfortable collaborating with both commercial and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable, automated workflows that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The GTM Engineer will be responsible for the following key areas:

• GTM Systems & Architecture: Design, build, integrate, and maintain the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between systems like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, and Make. Translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows and identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Workflow Automation: Develop and deploy automated workflows for lead management, including capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management. Automate repetitive sales and marketing operations to enhance team productivity.
• Lead Generation & Outbound Operations: Build and manage prospecting systems using tools such as Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Support outbound campaign execution, including list building, segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
• AI Implementation & Personalization: Design and implement AI-powered workflows for account research, lead qualification, personalized outreach, and sales enablement. Configure AI and LLM tools to generate insights and support campaign efforts.
• Data Management & CRM Operations: Own CRM data hygiene, segmentation, enrichment, and lifecycle stage management. Ensure data accuracy across GTM systems to support reporting and decision-making. Manage lead source tracking and campaign attribution.
• Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation: Build dashboards and reports to track GTM performance, including pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates. Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization through experimentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or a similar technical growth role.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with outbound, enrichment, and prospecting tools like Clay, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
• A solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead generation, pipeline management, and campaign operations.
• Proficiency in building workflows, managing data structures, cleaning datasets, and designing segmentation logic.
• Strong data literacy for analyzing funnel performance and campaign results.
• Comfort using AI tools and LLMs for research, personalization, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical systems.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
