Role Summary

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Ensure all transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.
• Uphold the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton daily, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
