Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing operational needs efficiently.
• Addressing and resolving guest requests promptly.
• Completing required reports accurately.
• Sharing information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
• Assisting guests with loading and unloading vehicles, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.

The role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving through confined or elevated spaces, and navigating stairs or ramps. It also requires a hands-on approach, involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required.
