About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive services and guiding guests throughout their stay, combining direct guest interaction with essential operational tasks and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Provide guests with information on local area highlights.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested to support guest services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards in all tasks.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
