About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position involves guiding guests and addressing their needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guests, guiding them through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, ensure confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential. This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving through confined or elevated spaces. Tasks involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping are also required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None required.
