Head of Legal Compliance

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Head of Legal Compliance. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the legal function within the organization. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on a range of legal and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Offer legal counsel on commercial contracts, regulatory affairs, statutory obligations, and business activities.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts, transactions, and agreements.
• Identify and manage legal and compliance risks, proposing practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Oversee significant disputes, litigation, investigations, and legal projects.
• Advise on regulatory, licensing, employment, and other critical legal matters.
• Manage and develop legal resources and support junior legal professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure adherence to relevant legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing legal teams, projects, and complex legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory requirements is essential.
