Role Overview

The Head of Legal will lead and oversee all legal affairs for Alnassr Club Company. This position serves as the primary legal advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing strategic legal direction and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role is central to safeguarding the Club’s legal and commercial interests, supporting its corporate governance framework, and managing legal risks to achieve long-term strategic objectives through effective legal leadership and practical advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the legal strategy, governance, and risk-management priorities for the company.
• Advise leadership on corporate, commercial, sporting, employment, regulatory, and dispute matters.
• Oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and storage of all contracts.
• Manage litigation, claims, investigations, external counsel relationships, and legal budgets.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their implications for the Club.
• Establish legal policies, templates, authorities, playbooks, and matter-management standards.
• Support Board, shareholder, governance, and corporate-secretarial requirements as assigned.
• Protect intellectual property, confidential information, and contractual rights.
• Coordinate legal due diligence for partnerships, procurement, projects, and transactions.
• Provide legal training and practical guidance to business teams.
• Track legal matters, obligations, risks, deadlines, and external counsel performance.
• Develop the legal team and report material legal exposures to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal direction and advice.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance.
• Experience in managing legal risks and supporting strategic objectives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within the company's operational environment and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
