About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Head of MENA Office Products MENA Retail Consumer Electronics to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, business commercial role focused on a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The position requires a self-starter who can quickly adapt, build relationships and trust with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership within the program. This involves understanding complex business, technology, and operations processes within Amazon and with partners, and devising optimal engagement models.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Category leader to drive new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.
• Build strategic partnerships, align, and finalize end-to-end vendor relationships, terms of trade, and operating model contracts.
• Build the annual portfolio to drive continuous traffic and engagement to the storefront.
• Engage with global partner teams to bring best practices across the globe.
• Identify automation opportunities to offer scalable solutions and improve all key input metrics such as Selection, profitability, Pricing, and Availability.
• Own the P&L for hitting top and bottom-line targets and drive projects to improve profitability with critical stakeholders (Vendor, Operations, Advertising).
• Define selection assortment.
• Source deals during Tier 1 & Tier 2 events to ensure value for customers.
• Ensure content quality is best in class to improve conversion.
• Negotiate marketing funds from vendors for category visibility during business-as-usual and event periods.
• Prepare, pitch, and finalize Annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) with vendors.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with vendors on performance and improvement.
