About Live Connections and the Role

Live Connections is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and overseeing the execution of multiple large-scale construction projects across the Kingdom.

Role Purpose

The Head of Operations will be responsible for driving project delivery, operational excellence, and business profitability across a portfolio of mega construction projects. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of all operational aspects to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations across multiple mega projects.
• Drive project delivery, operational excellence, and business profitability.
• Manage Project Directors, Construction Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, commercial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 20–25 years of overall construction experience.
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple mega projects.
• Strong experience in delivering diverse projects such as high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, airports, stadiums, hospitality, healthcare, villas, or large-scale master developments.
• Proven experience managing projects valued from SAR 1 billion to several billion.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring leadership across significant construction initiatives within the region.
