The Role of Head of Product

Soar is seeking a Head of Product to lead the development of agentic-first products within the real estate market. This full-time role involves owning a core product area from discovery to launch and scale, and leading the team responsible for its creation. The position requires a builder focused on shipping innovative agentic products in a developing category, rather than managing existing backlogs. The Head of Product will translate the company’s vision into products for daily use, focusing on autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as the primary method for task completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, translating the company’s vision and strategy into a clear, prioritized plan for the assigned area.
• Lead products from initial concept (0 to 1) through to scaling (1 to n), defining the initial scope, launching, and iterating based on user feedback.
• Recruit, coach, and lead product managers and designers, fostering a culture of speed, ownership, and quality.
• Engage directly with technology, including frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tools, to prototype, write specifications and prompts, and conduct experiments.
• Make timely, informed decisions under conditions of uncertainty and take accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, go-to-market teams, and leadership to ensure effective product development and launch.
• Maintain a strong focus on user needs by engaging with agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors to inform product development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in product development, with a track record of shipping products that have achieved real user adoption, including 0-to-1 product definition.
• Demonstrated ability to think from first principles, question established norms, and address problems without existing playbooks.
• Proficiency in applied AI, with experience working with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or sufficient depth to lead a team in this area.
• Strong execution focus, capable of translating strategy into shipped products, setting clear goals and metrics, and maintaining high team velocity.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach, able to shape strategy while diving into details such as prototypes, specifications, prompts, data, and metrics.
• Proven leadership skills in attracting and developing product managers and designers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and move with urgency, prioritizing impact over process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, agentic applications, or AI research and development.
• Experience as an operator in a startup or early-stage environment.
• A technical background or the ability to engage with engineers on agent architecture.
• A portfolio showcasing products, prototypes, or experiments.

Work Environment and Impact

This role is a core position within the product leadership team, offering significant ownership over product development and strategy. The Head of Product will collaborate closely with the CPO and leadership to shape both the product and the team from the early stages. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. Salary details are not disclosed.
