The Opportunity: Head of Real Estate Development

Masan is seeking a Head of Real Estate Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the entire real estate development lifecycle, from initial concept to project handover. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including site identification and feasibility analysis.
• Lead concept development and coordinate design, construction, and handover activities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to align with Masan’s focus on unique living spaces, sustainability, and market expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct strategic planning for the development portfolio and monitor project performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and report on project progress and financial outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sustainability practices, and regulatory frameworks.
