Role Summary

Huspy is seeking a Head of Sales - Real Estate to lead the sales strategy and revenue performance for its Riyadh operations. This full-time role involves developing and optimizing sales processes, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the Riyadh residential and commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall sales strategy and revenue performance for the Riyadh business.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Property Consultants.
• Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent execution against monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability across the sales organization.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversion.
• Develop and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, lead allocation, and conversion strategies.
• Use market insights and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Riyadh residential and commercial real estate market, including key developers, projects, communities, pricing, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders in the Riyadh real estate ecosystem.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other teams to improve lead generation, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and market insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership within the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Proven track record in leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market dynamics and the ability to build relationships within the regional ecosystem.
