Head Transmission Line

About the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking a Head Transmission Line to lead its Transmission Line business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh or Jeddah, involves overseeing project execution, business operations, and client relationships to ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects, with a preference for 380 kV and above.
• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Drive business performance, encompassing P&L management, budgeting, profitability, cash flow, and cost control.
• Cultivate and manage key client relationships, particularly with SEC and National Grid KSA.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Lead project managers and large project teams, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Drive operational excellence, foster business growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in high-voltage transmission line projects, preferably 380 kV and above.
• At least 5 years of relevant project or operational experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in EPC project management, P&L ownership, commercial management, and contract administration.
• Strong experience in managing projects for SEC/National Grid KSA and leading large teams.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires leadership in a dynamic environment focused on critical infrastructure projects.
