About the Role

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Health Club Receptionist to join the team at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. This full-time position is based within the Health Club Department in Riyadh and plays a key role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all guests.

Role Overview

The Health Club Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions and operational tasks at the reception desk. This includes handling all Health Club treatment bookings, providing clear explanations of services to guests, and processing point-of-sale transactions, including retail sales. The role also involves professionally managing guest check-ins and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to the MOHG Code of Conduct, ensuring all business activities and decisions align with general law, rules, regulations, and other requirements.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as instructed by the Health Club Operation Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area at all times.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival.
• Conduct property tours for new guests and offer 're-orientations' to returning guests.
• Maintain courtesy towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Assist in ensuring a smooth guest journey throughout their visit to the Health Club.
