Job Description

Role Summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Health Safety Coordinator Nightshift to join a leading contractor on a major building project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining robust health and safety standards during night operations.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct weekly Health & Safety inspections across all projects within the assigned area, generating detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
Provide expert advice, guidance, and support on all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) matters to personnel at all levels, including managers and engineers, ensuring practical and compliant leadership.
Monitor and audit contractors to ensure adherence to agreed safe systems of work, as detailed in Work Method Statements and Site-Specific Instructions, including compliance with their H&S Policy.
Accompany Contractors Management during site visits, offering guidance and advice on any safety-related concerns.
Initiate immediate cessation of any work deemed unsafe or presenting a safety hazard to individuals, contractors, or others potentially exposed to risk.

Required Qualifications

An engineering degree is mandatory.
A recognized health and safety qualification is essential.

Essential Experience

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of suitable experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator on major construction projects. This role requires a proven track record in managing safety protocols within large-scale building environments.
