Heavy Equipment Rental Sales Consultant

About the Role

The Modern Style Company (الأسلوب الحديث MSC), a member of the IFG Holding Group specializing in equipment rental, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Rental Sales Consultant. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of the equipment rental business, attract and retain clients, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract new clients in the contracting, construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct sales visits, identify client needs, prepare price offers, negotiate, and finalize rental contracts.
• Develop client relationships and monitor market opportunities and competitor pricing.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability and delivery according to client requirements.
• Follow up on contracts, renewals, extensions, and requests for additional equipment.
• Monitor invoice collection and outstanding payments according to approved payment terms, and address delays and disputes in coordination with the financial and collection departments.
• Obtain approved and signed client balance confirmations and submit them to the financial department, following up on discrepancy resolution.
• Update client data and prepare sales, contracts, collection, and overdue amount reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in heavy equipment rental, construction equipment sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, client relationship management, and collection skills.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and rental market practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• A valid driving license is preferred.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
