Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and organize packing and unloading operations.
  • Ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Use forklifts to move goods and materials safely.
  • Collaborate with the team and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in Packing, Unloading, and Inventory Control.
  • Experience in Inventory Management and efficient tracking.
  • Proficiency in Forklift Operation and understanding of safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license for heavy vehicles required for Heavy Driver roles.
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing staff of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key management personnel within our distributor network. Identify and establish new distributor organizations to maximize market penetration across the entire product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with global initiatives and customer needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives and provide critical market feedback to the Product Management team.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • You possess a BS degree in technical engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You have 10+ years of successful experience in sales and sales management, specifically within channel management.

  • You have a deep understanding of the construction domain and the dynamics of technology distribution.
  • You are a strong communicator who can navigate complex negotiations and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
