Asas Makeen is seeking a Hospitality Business Development Manager to lead the company's business growth across the hospitality sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on expanding the company's presence and securing new opportunities.
The Role
The Hospitality Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company's expansion within the hospitality industry. This involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and negotiating hotel management and operation agreements. The role requires engagement with hotel owners, investors, developers, and other key stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, and hospitality partners.
- Lead negotiations and finalize hotel management, operation, consultancy, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, business cases, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of new projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Track business development performance and deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets.
