Hostess

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide accurate waiting times
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth table turnover and seating arrangements
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and menu offerings
• Maintain the reception and waiting area in a clean and organized manner
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
• Support the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or hostess role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained at all times
• Company uniform must be worn and maintained according to company standards
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Shift-based schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• One day off per week
• Must be flexible to work according to operational requirements


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
