The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, ensuring that all hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience. This involves not only routine cleaning but also responding to guest requests and maintaining overall hotel presentation. The role emphasizes a proactive approach to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform various housekeeping functions as needed to ensure a high standard of guest environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Ensure a safe work environment and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
