Role Overview

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, ensuring that all spaces within the hotel contribute to a positive guest experience. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
• Performing other similar responsibilities as required to ensure hotel cleanliness.
