Reservations Management and Marketing Employee

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage room reservations (phone, WhatsApp, email, booking platforms).
  • Update prices and availability on booking systems (Booking, Expedia, or internal systems).
  • Communicate with clients, confirm reservations, and follow up before and after the stay.
  • Implement marketing plans to increase reservations (offers, discounts, packages).
  • Manage the hotel accounts on booking platforms and social media.
  • Coordinate with reception and finance regarding reservations and payments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on occupancy rates and sales.

🧠 Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or tourism marketing.
  • Proficiency in hotel booking systems (PMS / OTA).
  • Excellent communication skills and high customer service.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
