About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an HR Admin to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with foundational experience in HR and Governmental Relations Operations (GRO).

Role Purpose

This entry-to-mid level role supports the organization by managing governmental portal transactions, assisting with daily HR activities, and ensuring adherence to local labor regulations. It offers an opportunity for professional development within a structured HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Admin will support both Governmental Relations Operations (GRO) and general HR Operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Governmental Relations Operations (GRO):
    • Manage and process transactions on governmental portals such as QIWA, MUQEEM, ABSHER, MOL, and GOSI.
    • Handle employee visa issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
    • Process Iqama (residency permit) issuance, renewals, and amendments for expatriate employees.
    • Coordinate work permit applications and renewals in compliance with Ministry of Labor regulations.
    • Monitor and track Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance.
    • Liaise with government entities including the Ministry of Human Resources, GOSI, and immigration authorities.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws, visa regulations, and governmental portal updates.
    • Prepare and submit required governmental reports and documentation within deadlines.
    • Follow up on pending government transactions and resolve issues or rejections promptly.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS/ERP system.
    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, experience certificates, and other HR correspondence.
    • Administer employee benefits including medical insurance enrollment and annual leave.
    • Coordinate payroll process inputs such as attendance, leaves, additions, and deductions.
    • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
    • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and government-related matters.
    • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations.
    • Support performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management review.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee-related information.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Basic experience in Governmental Relations Operations (GRO) and HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
