About the HR Operations Officer Role

Ninja is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in Human Resources. The role involves supporting daily HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Operations Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks to support the HR department. Key duties include:

  • Assisting with basic HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Supporting the organization and maintenance of employee files and records.
  • Performing data entry and updating information within HR systems.
  • Assisting in tracking attendance and leaves, and preparing simple reports.
  • Coordinating internal communications and responding to basic HR inquiries.
  • Supporting the development and execution of HR Operations training programs, focusing on company policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by encouraging innovation and sharing best practices within the HR team.

Qualifications and Educational Background

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
