About the Role

Novel Non-Metallic Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources.

Role Overview

The HR Administrator will provide essential support to the Human Resources department by executing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is key to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment and hiring procedures.
• Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring the accuracy of HR databases.
• Monitoring attendance, leave requests, and employee documentation.
• Preparing HR reports and other administrative documentation.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and HR procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Not currently registered with GOSI.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.

Skills and Competencies

• A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
