Job Description
About the HR Intern Role
Richemont is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to apply their academic knowledge to practical HR projects and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including vetting procedures and severance calculations.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support the management of internal client relationships and the development of effective working relations.
- Input and verify payroll data, prepare payroll for bank submission, and generate payroll reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data through defined data entry procedures into HR information systems.
- Conduct analyses of HR data to identify trends and contribute to HR insights for business issue diagnosis and performance improvement.
- Organize and maintain correspondence and records for senior colleagues.
- Draft routine letters, memoranda, and reports following detailed instructions.
- Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Participate in assessment and development planning, as well as training activities, to enhance process and technical skills.
- Develop an understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
Qualifications and Education
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory.
