AtkinsRéalis is seeking a HSE Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to leading health, safety, and environmental management across significant road and infrastructure projects.

The Role of HSE Manager

The HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management within large-scale road and infrastructure projects. This includes ensuring strict compliance with established HSE policies, relevant legal regulations, and international standards, with the primary objective of achieving a zero-incident work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management System.
• Lead safety teams, inspectors, and officers across all project zones.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Approve risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct HSE orientation, training programs, and competency evaluations.
• Manage reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the entire workforce.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10–15 years of HSE experience specifically within infrastructure projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial HSE capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale road and highway projects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on critical infrastructure development projects within the region.
