Human Resources Analyst

About the Role

Prince Sultan University is seeking an HR Projects & Analytics Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed to support HR projects and initiatives by tracking implementation plans, analyzing data and statistics, and preparing reports and presentations. The specialist will also maintain tracking tools and project files, contributing to studies and developmental work to enhance monitoring efficiency and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor HR projects and initiatives, updating action plans, completion rates, target dates, and associated deliverables.
2. Track tasks, recommendations, and actions resulting from projects and meetings, coordinating with relevant parties for necessary updates.
3. Identify and report delays, setbacks, or data deficiencies clearly and promptly within monitoring reports.
4. Collect, organize, and analyze HR data, preparing statistics, indicators, and reports to support departmental operations.
5. Develop and update reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, transforming data into clear indicators, charts, and summaries.
6. Prepare presentations and executive summaries for projects, initiatives, meetings, and studies.
7. Contribute to HR development projects, including organizational development, performance management, talent management, career paths, employee experience, policies and procedures, and digital transformation.
8. Conduct research and benchmarking, staying informed on current HR trends and practices, and preparing initial summaries and recommendations.
9. Update and organize project files, documents, databases, and tracking records, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
10. Assist in preparing for meetings and workshops, gathering required data and materials, documenting outcomes, and following up on subsequent actions.
11. Provide analytical, organizational, and administrative support for priority tasks, projects, and files within the HR department.
12. Perform any other related tasks aligned with the nature of the role and HR development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience is required, with a preference for prior training or experience in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Project Monitoring.

Technical Skills

• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and data analysis.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations using PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, statistics, and performance indicators.
• Knowledge of project management and monitoring fundamentals.
• Ability to conduct research and benchmarking.
• Excellent command of the English language.
