About the Role
Maximus KSA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to our HR function, partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions. The role is crucial in shaping the employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring HR practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, people management, and HR best practices.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, and workplace investigations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advance performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Support organizational change, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, probation, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with business goals and Saudi labor legislation.
- Analyze people data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development solutions to improve organizational performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Saudi National.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, or Generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and partnering with business leaders.
- Experience implementing HR initiatives in areas such as performance management, engagement, talent development, or organizational change.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective influencing and coaching skills.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
