Job Description

  • Implementing the localization plans approved by senior management.
  • Monitoring localization rates and ensuring compliance with government program requirements (such as Nitaqat).
  • Attracting and hiring Saudi talents in coordination with department managers.
  • Conducting initial interviews for Saudi candidates and assessing their suitability for the positions.
  • Monitoring the entry and updating of employee data in government systems (such as Qiwa, Madad, and HR platforms).
  • Coordinating with relevant government entities regarding localization programs and government support.
  • Monitoring the continuity of Saudi employees and reducing turnover rates.
  • Preparing periodic reports related to localization and submitting them to management.
  • Contributing to training and qualification programs for Saudi employees.
  • Addressing challenges related to the employment of Saudis and proposing suitable solutions.
