About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing essential support to the Human Resources department and contributing to a positive experience for guests, applicants, and team members. The role is integral to maintaining efficient HR operations within a global hospitality leader.
Role Purpose
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the daily functions of the HR department, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication. This position plays a key role in supporting the team and upholding Hilton's commitment to hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front office support, welcoming and assisting guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Support daily office operations by providing administrative assistance such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying for the HR department.
- Manage communication channels, including handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for HR department managers.
- Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required.
